What is the Operations Management program?

This 18-hour Level 1 certificate program gives you the skills to help manage day-to-day operations in a variety of industries that produce goods or deliver services.

What will I learn?

You’ll learn about what it takes to operate a business efficiently and effectively, with a focus on the principles of management, production and operations. You’ll become familiar with activities including procurement, inventory, quality control, warehousing, packaging, order processing and transportation.
